Not a cure for coronavirus or any guarantee that it will prevent you from contracting it, but some sage advice from Dr. Berg on how to give your immune system a boost with (real) vitamin C.
Vitamin C does NOT come in tablet form even though many companies claim ascorbic acid is vitamin C and market it as such.
Get it from nature - cruciferous veg; broccolli, kale etc as well as dark fruits such as kiwi and strawberries. Melon and mango are also fruits with the highest concentration of vit C.
I’ve been heeding Dr. Berg’s free advice for a number of years now and imo it’s been only beneficial for my health.
