Phillips sent me a request to review one of their Sonic Toothbrushes.

The first toothbrush I bought failed at two years
The replacement they supplied lasted 10months
They replaced the replacement and that's lasted 11 months

I reviewed the product and outlined the problems - i commented that the old Oral B had been brought back into service and that review was rejected as I mentioned another manufacturer.
I modified the review to show the poor life span but say how good their customer service had been
That review was rejected as it focused on the customer service

I wasn't allowed to make any further submissions.

Therefore:- Best not to take any of Phillips customer reviews as a proper and honest appraisal of their product as they seem to filter the reviews that don't suit!
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.

You must be delighted that you are asked to review a product used with teeth in your mouth. Good on yer :D

Retired dentist me thinks they're rubbish anyway. Ask any dentist and they probably use Oral B...
