Off-putting things people say in car adverts
So many to choose from!
My pet hate is advertisers passive-aggressively blabbing on about how reluctant they are to sell and how lucky you'd be to prise it away from them before they tuck it away 'till spring. "No offers!".
I find it a real turn-off and makes the seller look like the mirror image of a tyre kicking, time wasting dreamer?

One carefull lady owner. Perhaps more a cliche than an actual phrase people use these days.

I consider myself a careful, lady owner.
Though she prefers to see it as an equal partnership

I bought my Fiat Coupe from a one. Then spent 10 years paying my mechanic's mortgage for him.

I always see these as warning signs 'appreciating classic' or 'body condition commensurate with age'; followed closely by 'first to see will buy'.

‘First to see will buy’ and ‘very reluctant sale’. There are so many that could be quoted. It’s really refreshing when you read a straightforward ad with no surplus dressing.

"In the most sought-after colour combination" - by whom?
When it is Black with Black that's my most un-sought after combination! (apologies to anyone who likes/has it).
