Love this weather... it’s crap 90% of the time, so just enjoy it. I point the aircon at my feet with the roof down, full blast and the difference it makes is amazing, :dance2: :dance2: :dance2:

All you guys posting photos of glorious beaches... Meanwhile I'm stuck in the south east painting some sheds :headbang: took me a while to do the one at the back yesterday, due to the intense heat. Started at 10am, finished at 7:30pm

Tomorrow evening we'll be making the journey to Glasgow. Rain forecast everyday from Saturday onwards up there

Very happy that it's only 20 odd degree s here too. 30+ is simply too hot.
Yes definitely. I'm perfectly happy with 25c. That's about the temperature most of the summer here. Anything more and it starts to get a bit stuffy, especially at night.

What doesn't help is I suffer from hyperhydrosis (excessive sweating). I'm literally a walking wet patch  fortunately it never smells of B.O, but I can only wear black or white tops. Grey is a no go, from previous experience

Been horrible, working from home and no aircon in 30-whatever it’s been heat. However the air con in the office was broken, and I’d have had to suffer the rail travel to get there so... I have at least sweated in privacy and comfort. Kind of leaky-sweaty. Moist is probably the right word, all f***ing day

Please wear your hats or slap on the high factor sun cream guys. I wished I did as I have had several rodent ulcer or basal cell carcinomas (BCC). As it doesn't spread around the body like other cancers it is very rarely a threat to life, they may become an open sore (hence the word rodent ulcer), bleed, and never quite heal up and then as I have had to have, a piece cut out the side of my forehead about 50cm long and a few frozen out. Not pleasant at all as now half my head is numb.
It doesn’t help by not having any barnet on top :D
It’s your lives so just be careful.
Cheers Kev.
