It was indeed.... excellent result for them, and totally unexpected.
Not even the biggest Liverpool fan would have thought they could overturn that result from the first leg.
Well done Liverpool

Ey, ey, ey, calm down, calm down! Of course she does! Her pronunciation of "shirt" is something special!

She only moved out with her parents because their place was being demolished so Mr Lennon's airport could be extended. :(

Well her family would have stayed there given a choice, but the council owned the property and didn't give them a choice.

So like many Scousers they all ended up in Runcorn. :(

Spurs scored 4 goals did they? Nope.

Liverpools comeback was better.

I'm a neutral but I loved this quote in an article about last nights' game
On another website, far, far away, someone wrote:They are the first team to reach the Champions League final having failed to win any of their three opening group games; they are the first team since Manchester United in 1999 to overturn a 2-0 semi-final scoreline to win the game; they are the first team since Tuesday to make us say ‘f***ing, f***ing hell’ out loud.
Two amazing games, two amazing comebacks....
Let's not argue about which was best, let's just be grateful that we saw them both happen...

I’m an LFC fan, but am balanced enough to appreciate another team’s comeback.

Just like I acknowledged that last week’s loss to Barcelona was still a great game...just the wrong result at that time :P

June 1st will be slightly different though, and I just hope it’s every bit as exciting as the semi-finals

Thanks - as a lifelong Chelsea fan I'm glad they made it! Even if they didn't get there the easy way by winning the game. :(

Still, Europa League final and Champions League next season isn't a bad result given our recent Premier League performances.
