Jim Clark Feature on Grand Tour

Post by Bumpy » Fri Feb 08, 2019 5:30 pm

I just watched a feature on Jim Clark on the current Grand Tour.
If you were a fan back in the 60's then this will inspire even more awe in a racing talent that arguably was the best ever.
But be cautioned, because this documentary will remind you of what we lost.

Good to see your pictures. I read his book in 1968 where he mentioned his early years. Fangio and Senna paid respect to him as the greatest racing driver.

The outro was spoken by clarkson who looked genuinely like he was bubbling a bit but if u watch that bit back carefully and focus on May right at the end he looks like he's cracking up. I imagine him muttering something like 'jesus, you utter ingenuine cock!' as he looks away from clarkson. haha  go on watch it :poke:
