I will see what they come up with this year - Ive never seen the £177 level policies yet but hope to this year. I tick all the right boxes apart from as ben g points out " now 70+ and you're on borrowed time :lol:"

There were some slightly cheaper as well ronk
QMH, GA and LV were about a tenner less but the compulsory excess payments were higher (another of my pet hates)
With no legal add-on and larger voluntary excess the quote was actually £141 (with £36 cash back)

Living in a class II area helped, that coupled with early retirement (don't drive regularly at peak times) and relatively low annual mileage :thumbsup:
