My Crimbo present to self arrived today after a long wait for delivery from Aberdeen, cue a bit of unpacking & spanner twirling i now have a working bike :P

Boardman bikes are decent.
Looks like a Shimano 105 groupset too? :thumbsup:
Seat looks a bit low for u. Should have 30°max at the knee on extension :wink:

Ta, it’s nice & light (carbon frame & fork, around 9kg i think?) you’re right about the seat, I just assembled it quickly to try round the lane and it definitely needs tweaking.
The front derailleur isn’t moving, so I need to look at the shifter/lever thingy :thumbsup:

Ta Buzy, they were around a grand brand new. Mine had been ridden for 2 miles & was just under half that :)

looks like a nice bike that, and sounds a proper bargain :)

bike fit is such a complex subject and is so tailored to the rider its impossible to to do on a forum though... and a blanket rule doesn't fit everyone...
