I really enjoyed that - it was nice to see Kimi win again and terrific to see Hamilton and Verstappen wheel-to-wheel

Take something very unlikely to stop Hamilton winning the title now, 70 points ahead so, whatever else happens, he only needs 6 points from the last 3 races - barring mechanical failure, it's hard to see him not clinching his fifth title next weekend.

Only 5 points required I think so unless he fails to finish it will be Mexico. Keeps it more interesting though and nice to see Kimi on the top step and setting another record for longest gap between wins.

The car was auctioned at this year's Festival of Speed in June.

Really pleased to see Kimi win yesterday - he's still got it.

I really rate Hamilton as a driver (I don't care what he does out of the car, that's irrelevant). And it's hard to see him not getting his 5th title - which could have been a 6th if he'd had a bit more luck/focus when Nico Rosberg won his.

Hamilton would be in my top 5, along with Fangio, Clark, Schumacher and Senna.

Lewis Hamilton is a true proven great and modern gent. The results in the history books will show just how great too.

Clark was an exceptional talent, but sadly we will never know if he could have been as great as Hamilton. :driving:

In truth, how do any of us know how we'd act if we had that much talent and had that much money at his age - I'd like to think I'd be as cool and calm as Kimi but, more likely, I'd be a complete and utter arsewipe but, unfortunately, I'll never get to find out...

My top 5 and in no particular order
Senna
Hamilton
Clark
Surtees
Fangio

Schumacher is not on the list because, whilst I think he was an exceptional talent, he was no sportsman and the way he took Hill out to deny him the title was reprehensible. Senna was similar, excepting he warned his competitors in advance what he was going to do.....

As for the the Hamilton haters, he’s unhappy when he’s not winning....so like every other competitive person. However like every true champion he can pick himself up and raise he’s game to beat the competition.
