Ironically I would imagine Range Rover do the lettering in black anyways but I wouldn't trust the owner the get the letters necessarily in the correct order....."Raven Roger" :rofl:

I thought initially plastikote had been used in which case it would peel off but looks to me gloss paint has been used. If the owner is lucky the paint may be removed with mopping using a cutting compound otherwise a fairly expensive respray I would imagine :( madness.

So you want the black paint to stick to the lettering and are thus surprised that it also sticks to the very nice red paint. :D
