Blue Badges are supposed to be for people with limited mobility - by all means give them to people with mental health issues that restrict their mobility, but not all mental health issues! (There aren't enough spaces for all the Millennials and Snowflakes).

I seem to recall from t'Internet memes that a wheelchair parking sign does not signify that the spot is for disabled people. It's just warning you that the parking space belongs to Chuck Norris and that, if you park there, he will put you in a wheelchair....
