well I've sold the Z.

No plans to replace it and thoroughly enjoyed my 6 years of Z ownership.

This forum has been a massive part of my ownership experience and has been a huge source of experience, advice and entertainment during my ownership. I use many car related forums and this is by far the best and long may it continue. I'd like to acknowledge those who have helped me directly or indirectly and hope the small contributions I have made have helped others in a similar fashion.

I retire from teaching this Friday after 38 years and move on to a new phase in my life which doesn't include the need for a 'modern' 2 seat sports car. So the fleet is downsizing from 7 cars as soon as practicable.

I'll still have more cars than most folks with a 4 Series convertible, Mini Countryman , 1974 Triumph Stag and 1967 MGB GT, and plan to keep busy keeping the 'oldies' working as they should.

I know I have a few odds and sods tucked away in the garage and may pop back to offer them for sale but otherwise I'll bugger off elsewhere.

its been great - thanks
now I'm about to have more time I've suddenly got less toys to play with!

Even though the forum is about the cars, its a lot more than just that, I have owned a lot of different cars but this is the most helpful and thoughtful forum I have encountered. I dont think a current ownership of a Zed is needed to stay on this forum. Just a love of cars

I had an itch that needed a scratch some while ago - A Morgan!!

Had a test drive in a 2lt Ford engined newish Morgan.
I was not impressed - the itch got scratched and is unlikely to return!
You don't stop playing when you get old - You get old when you stop playing!
So I bought a 35is with all the toys to play with.
