Hi, I’m still sticking to my diet & have now lost 23lb in 5 weeks-out for a ramble this morning before the rugby this afternoon 8)

My winter diet plan is going well too Rob , after indian take away Sunday night i had fish + chips midweek & yesterday morning had a meat & potato pie :wink: life is all good mate :D
