I’m aiming for a svelte 15 stone (weighed in at 17stone this morning) I will probably feel as though I’m floating at such a light weight

Would your injury stop you from cycling Buzy? Wondered if you have a bike to use round the lanes?buzyg wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2018 1:45 pmNice one Rob, well jealous. I've piled on a few pounds in the past month or two, being unable to do much of anything, with my ongoing aces and stains. Very much hoping that I can get back in shape over the summer. Physio just tells me to rest and take it slowly. Alas I'm not made like that, which is probably prolonging recovery.
That’s exactly why I almost reached 19stone, to much good living
Now you sound like the Physio. He has suggested that one. If it ever stops raining long enough, I will give it a go. Before we moved to Cornwall I was once a very keen cyclist, my Holdsworth hangs on the garage wall. I have never really enjoyed cycling around these parts though. There are simply no flat bits anywhere.Smartbear wrote: ↑Sat Feb 10, 2018 1:58 pmWould your injury stop you from cycling Buzy?
