Power to weight ratio
Hi, after being partially disabled for 4 months as a result of some clown driving into my motorbike I’ve ended up putting on a few pounds-it wouldn’t be a problem if I was 16’ 8” but at just under 6’ I was too heavy
After dieting for almost 4 weeks I’ve now lost 1 stone 5lb and counting, should help the 0-60 times on the zed as well
Rob

Well done, but you forgot to mention what your starting point is, in order to calculate what 0-60 time you will get,,, e.g 50 stone - 1.5 stone = 11.7 seconds,, 10 stone - 1.5 stone = 5.9 seconds

That brilliant to lose 1.5 stone, do you have a target weight? diet and or exercise? and just think how fast your zed will go

Well done Rob. Bit of will power goes a long way... Contrary to popular belief it's no fun sitting with your feet up.
I injured my hip last May and it's still a way of fixing it's self. Has been a struggle to keep the weight off, as I can't swim or surf any more either. Fingers crossed I can get back to some decent type of fitness soon.

Ta, I’m hoping to get down to 15 stones, I can’t do much exercise as I’m still hobbling a bit and couldn’t really run on it, i can manage a decent walk though & often do 4 to 5 Miles.
I love my grub but I’ve gone cold turkey and cut out all snacking & 99% of the boozing, smaller portion sizes and much healthier food. I’m eating around 1500 calories a day

Frustrating but you can’t hurry these things, if you pushed the injury could become even worsebuzyg wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2018 9:28 pmWell done Rob. Bit of will power goes a long way... Contrary to popular belief it's no fun sitting with your feet up.

Well done sir, I too enjoy a good walk and was advised to try a 10 minute speed walk during your 4/5 miles. It’s just enough to get you breathing a little heavier. Good luck with your further weight lossSmartbear wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2018 10:53 pmTa, I’m hoping to get down to 15 stones, I can’t do much exercise as I’m still hobbling a bit and couldn’t really run on it, i can manage a decent walk though & often do 4 to 5 Miles.
