F*ckwits - minimum penalty should be a lobotomy and testicle removal, unless someone thinks that is a bit lenient!

Makes me glad I've got an E86 though! And I don't think it would too easy to slash a run-flat.

Think again on that - 30 seconds with a stanly knife would see all four tyres beyond repair and another 30 seconds to key every panel.

Remove all the skin with a powerplaner,until they are unable to reoffend.No need for taxpayer to fund jails.
