Plenty of BMW mobility tyre inflation kits on EBay at the moment.
Glider pilots do it quietly - ASW28 C6

Is this it, and can you tell me what components it is supposed to come with, I understand they are 12volt, suggesting it needs to be powered by your car battery so does it come with leads?:

contains comp/goop/gloves, instructions - all in a small bag. The compressor is 12v, and comes with cig lighter plug.
The other option , is the Tyreweld route.
