They're only on the back so hard to tell, in the dry they seem capable but the TC comes on alot in the wet. They're certainly not ditch finders and fine for the money. The asymmetric 5s on the front feel very good right away though, but they did replace 13 year old tyres

I really fancy very dim gold on my Imola car but don't know if it's a bit 90s Subaru... and think copper looks great probably would have got it a bit less saturated tho. Looks nice tho! Different certainly!

Tom- I was looking at the Weissgold that Porsche use on the GT2 RS. I think that would look great on imola (and my ruby black!) and is quite subtle compared to the more yellow, typical gold.

The Porsche gold will look good I think, had considered that too.

Interesting choice, I have a ruby black MC and often thought about a bronze wheel to compliment the red tones. What's your feeling on your colour choice...the look a bit dark to my eye, would have thought a lighter shade would suit the 224 and the paintwork. Looks a good finish though, who did them and what was the cost?

Yeah they're darker than I expected, but it was 8pm when the photo was taken so a bit lighter than shown in the pics. I haven't seen them beyond the drive way so not sure just yet. Car needs a clean and a polish too. £260 at Top Wheels in Morecambe.Angelus666 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 28, 2020 4:42 pm Interesting choice, I have a ruby black MC and often thought about a bronze wheel to compliment the red tones. Edit, took it out for a spin. they're growing on me. Asymmetric 5 tyres have transformed the feel of the front end.

This was mine when I went for satin bronze with the diamond lip.
