Looking for a bit of help. I am switching from RFT to Non RFT

Looking for a bit of help. I am switching from RFT to Non RFT and I am wondering what pressures to run on my BMW Z4 2008.

I changed my original tire Potenza RFT 225/45/17 for Yokohama Sdrive Non RFT 225/40/18 and my car is not the same with OEM pressure

Have had a look around and can't seem to spot anything matching what I would need. Currently with the RFT I run 32 front and 35 rear.

Any thoughts on what I should be running will be much appreciated.

thank you

best regard

stephen

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Sorry I can't help with your question as I'm still using run-flats, but I think the general consensus is to run slightly higher pressures with non RFTs and experiment a bit to see what suits you best.

I hope you know we like to see photos of new members' cars BTW!

Just found this thread where the same question came up, so you may find it helpful:- viewtopic.php?f=2&t=110119&hilit=non+runflats&start=15
