Refurbing my 108's

Post by WillieT » Sat Feb 16, 2019 3:05 pm

Good afternoon guys,

I'm a new Z4 owner and am loving every minute.. My Z4 is in lovely condition but the only thing that's letting it down are the 108 wheels.. Each one is in desperate need of a refurb, if I'm honest I'd like a set of 135's but until I find a set I need to get these ones sorted.. Can anyone tell me of anywhere in London or surrounding counties that do a good job and are reasonably priced, I've heard that the 108's are tricky to refurb yourself.. The pic is the reason why I have a stupid grin on my face!

Refurbing my 108's

I have just refurbed my 108s but it was a pain to do on a budget :) Ended up splitting them myself (few bolts broke though) and then taking them to City Wheels in Birmingham, but it is a bit of trek. Local prices down south were a bit insane.

I have a set of original 135s that need a (cheaper) refurbish if you are interested though :)

WillieT..

Refurbishment of 108’s can be a time consuming headache, at the very least :headbang:

I’ve got a set of 108’s that’ve been Split down & fully professionally refurbished, then re-built.
Sat here in boxes, ready to go..

If, of interest, let me know please?
I’m midlands based..

Cheers, Paul..
