I am running 255 35 18 rears and 225 40 18 fronts, tyres are Hankook. Car is an E85 3.0i. Can any recommend what tyre pressure I should have? I have had a google and answers seem to vary quite a lot. I am currently running 36 in the rear and 34 in the front.

I'm not too far away from that on 19's, I run 33 front and 37 rear. I just had a play around and settled on these.

Thanks for the reply chaps. Sounds like I wasn't too far off, it feels a little too 'solid' hence the query.

The recommended tyre pressures should be on a sticker in the drivers door shut. Also on page 73 in the Owners Handbook.

The key question here is are you running runflats or not. If you are I would stick to what the handbook says. If not pressures closer to the M models are more appropriate F30 R32. As a lower front tyre pressure is used to induce a bit more understeer I went with 32 all round on non runflat M size tyres (same width as yours but 40 instead of 35 on the rear and 45 instead of 40 on the front).

They are not run flats. I may drop the pressures a little at the weekend and have a play.

I have the 3.0 coupe with non run flats. I’ve just fitted 17 inch winter tyres and am running 31 front 33 rear. Not sure if that’s correct but seems ok to me so far
