Transfer of Personal Profile to 2nd key
Does anyone know if there is any easy way to replicate the Personal Profile settings stored in the key fob to the 2nd key?

That's not possible on the e89 unfortunately. You can do it on almost every other BMW, but not the e89 AFAIK
