After the air vents were replaced on Tuesday, the off-side of the bumper is bit loose. Service advisor said a new mounting part is needed. I am worried that they actually broke the clip on the bumper . I want to see/understand the pictures/procedures of removing the bumper.
Any help and advice will be much appreciated.

Re: Removal and fitting of E89 rear bumper
Sorry to resurrect a thread but this is exactly what happened to me! They removed the bumper in the shop and now both sides the bumper is 'loose' where it meets the wheel arch. I sticks out slightly and you can wiggle it around a good few inches without much force at all.
