Steering issue

Has anyone had steering issues on their zed. on mine the steering feels like it is working in delay...you turn then a split secon later the wheels turn.

There's a little dead zone at centre because of the electrickery steering, but no delay as such, sport mode helps a little.

No, nothing like that at all. Very responsive steering, especially in sport mode.

Why don't you go and try a demo car to compare or is there anyone else you know with an E89 you could drive?

Or is that cos its got a leak that they can't fix?

No such problem or dead zone noticed on mine.

No problem here. 10 times better then the e85 Z4.

Must be a problem,

not sure that he steering is part of the sports program.

I have no steering problem with my Z4. But I suggest, You will contact to the any mechanic.

Sounds suspiciously like the key symptom for sticky steering......

I hope the E89s don't get sticky steering too...

The symptom on the E85/E86 is more that it feels like the steering is stuck, like the power steering has gone to sleep then it wakes up. The issue being you can jerk the steering as it lets go which is obviously dangerous
