Any idea why the Bluetooth is dead ?

Might be worth re-booting your phone and re-connecting it. Sometimes the established connection corrupts itself and you need to start again.

But i cant reach the point where it connect to the phone. i start up the car and the bluetooth menu is like that

Have you loaded the latest / last version of Bluetooth for your E89 first

I am not able to update cause there is no update selection in the idrive menu. not even in the secret menu

So I'm taking it the .bin file didn't help then?

If that's the case, and your screen in Tel mode is the same as above then you MULF is probably dead. Assuming it has worked in the past?
