So it looks as though there is a fault/vacuum leak at the actuator - so no biggie, I’ll just leave as is and see how it goes

So I think it’s fixed, following advice from smartbear, thanks bud, I’ve tried doing the golf Tee mod (kind of, no golf Tee so pulled the pipe of the actuator, gaffer taped the nipple and put the pipe back) lo and behold, no more noise......so far
