Rear turn signal dillema

Post by Kozach75 » Fri Oct 26, 2018 11:55 am

Good Morning to all from Athens!!

So I have this issue... as its common my left rear turn signal went bust and the BMW dealer quoted 340 euro ( 300 GBP) for a new one including installation costs and 1 year warranty.

Went to an indy and was quoted 190 euros for a used one including installation but with no warranty.

What would you guys do??? pay twice the money and go through the dealer or get the 2nd hand one for half the price but without any warranty? Keep in mind that my car park is not enclosed thus the car is exposed to the elements.

Would really appreciate your reply in order to finalize my decision and order accordingly!!

Thanks!!

Personally I would go for the Indy one,, almost half the price, and I doubt you would get an issue in a year anyway,, but if you think the extra is worth the peace of mind

Buy one for https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Fits-BMW-Z4- ... :rk:1:pf:0 and fit yourself or get garage to, about half hour work even if you don't know what you are doing. Or see my video.
