Hi
I’ve had Lux H8 160 angel eyes for nearly 2.5 years with no issues
Recently I’ve had a ‘Left side Daylight running light failure ’ warning on my iDrive..
Looking at the angel eyes at night it doesn’t look like any of the rings are out..
So before I buy replacements is it module on the Lux that’s failed or something more sinister? Or is it a small section of the led that’s gone so it’s still lit and hard to notice ?
PS I have been quoted £100 labour to fit new ones (excluding the LUX) bit of a ripoff !

I'd just buy a cheap pair off ebay.. see this forum item viewtopic.php?f=46&t=78611&p=1498672&hi ... o#p1498672 and change them to see if that works. They're pretty simple to put on once you realise how they fit (don't try to unscrew them like I did, they just turn!).... £20 well spent. Might not be quite a bright as your Lux's but so much cheaper!
