Radio configuration

While not the biggest issue in the world, one frustration I have is to do with my radio in my E89, 2012 BMW Professional head unit, no Idrive.
When you press the menu button you presented with four options, the last being BMW, this offers me three pre programmed phone numbers that I can call using one touch if my phone is connected, one for BMW Customer Services and two for service ?
I bought the car used from the original supplying dealer in Newcastle and each time my car has been at my local dealer, I have asked them to reprogram the numbers with their own, they look at me as if I have grown horns and each time I get it back the numbers relate to the old dealer, they have even told me they don't know how to do it
Does anyone on her know how to change these ?
