When it faults, I hear a clunk from all around me, then the chimes start. Does that sound like anything familiar? Mechanism releasing? 
Faulted over a couple of days but seems to have sorted itself out.
Open and closed the roof a few times waiting for the system to acknowledge that movement has taken place, then it seems ok!
