Hi, I have been using one of these for a while now with disappointing results. Often, when returning to car, the connection is lost. Head unit displays iPod info and functions work but without volume! Is there a connection sequence for this? I have replaced the USB/ AUX connector but no improvement. Dealer not much help. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Glenn

Have you tried a usb stick instead of the iPod. Works just as well.
Using a program called iTunes export means you can hav3 your playlists as well.

I ask only as I had that issue from time to time with an old iPod classic. It didn’t wake in time for the car to see it.
As above, usb is better/more reliable.
