High Spec 330i SE E90 - High Miles but mint - px towards 35i/35is

Looking to change my daily for a 35i or 35is, this car is high mileage but runs beautifully, has literally had thousands and thousands spent on it. New price was circa £45k reflecting the extremely high spec of my car. I can keep driving it and enjoying it but fancy a Z4 again as we have no need for four seats now.

My main requirement on a Z4 is the uprated stereo (the 3 series has option 677, DSP, ideally the equivelent wanted in a Z4) and DCT would be nice if a 35i.

If it had been a manual with the split-fold rear seats I'd have been sending you a pm by now!

(I compromised and bought an E91 325i in March as there were so few 330is).

GLWTS.
Coupes because stunning!

Thank you mate. I like manuals and autos but this is lovely as an auto with the torque, I've always been a fan of cars with lots of power and a smooth shifting auto. Has also been remapped so it has a real punchy but smooth power delivery through the gears.

Advert updated, just totted up the money spent in the past year and it is over £3500 spent with indies and main dealer (all invoiced).

So if you can get past the mileage (and it is half the price of similar cars) then it's worth looking at the work done recently;

Electronic water pump
All brake pipes renewed
Gearbox Service
Four Discs and Pads
Four Tyres
Fuel tank vent breather pipe replaced (often overlooked due to tricky access)
but gives another example of how no expense has been spared on maintaining this car.
Two oil services (ahead of schedule)
Both headlight telescopes renewed
New battery
New o/s/r brake caliper
Rocker cover gasket
Spark plugs

The car looks great, and I’d have PMd you had the fuel economy been better.

Mileage doesn’t worry my if it’s looked after, and both of my cars have over 160k miles on them.

For a 2nd car/daily driver, my concern would be the relatively poor consumption for a 2nd car, as my Z4MC averages 27mpg, so want something that’ll do over 40mpg (preferably closer to the 50mpg I get caning my Alfa JTD).

I should probably look out for a high mileage 2.5/3.0 Z4 :P

GLWTS
Trigger’s Z4MC
Some bits now over 163,000 miles, some less than 1,000 miles.
Individual Ruby Black, Individual extended champagne leather, plus many options

No worries mate. It's not that bad in relative terms, round town is 27mpg but motorway will always return 35mpg. It is a quick car so I'm happy with that, I have had worse!

If it doesn't sell soon I may just keep it over the winter as it has a great stereo and very toasty heated seats.

Diesel is not an option for me as with the new MOT rules I suspect the government is trying to push them off the road within a year or two.
