E85, 2005, Sterling Grey, 42000 miles, PROVISIONALLY SOLD!!!

Reluctantly selling my much loved Z4 3.0 SE in order to fund a deposit on our first house.
I purchased this car from a member of this forum back in June 2016, after a long search to find a good example.
When I purchased the car it had only covered 37000 miles, Neil the previous owner had really looked after the car and had recently done an oil service, air filter and plugs. Since my ownership I have carried out my own servicing and have kept a spreadsheet and receipts for all of the work carried out which includes: replacing coolant, replacing brake fluid, new rear handbrake shoes and this year another oil service and air filter.
Car is in excellent condition still having only covered 42000 miles (as this has only been used as weekend car) and has wanted for nothing. Engine pulls like a train and manual gearbox is superb. I would say condition is almost showroom, apart from the odd tiny age related mark here and there also a few small scuffs on leather seats. Everything works as it should, electric heated memory seats, auto windscreen wipers, auto headlights, auto dip rear view mirror, electric windows, icy cold air conditioning.
Car is mot`d till April 2018, 3 former owners. Sterling grey with black leather interior.
Car has always been kept in garage when not in use with soft cover on it. This is a genuine car which I will really miss (I am already eyeing up buying a E86 Sdrive 35i once we have purchased our first home)
