E89 35i April 2016
Hi Folks
Well after driving an M4 Convertible I am thinking of moving over to the dark side and selling my beloved Z4
The car is as new having had 4 coats of Ceramic Pro paint protection applied from new (cost over £1200) and washes very easily as a result just requiring a snow foam and rinse off most times.
Now to the spec;
2016 April Reg 35i Manual
Black Kansas Leather
Melbourne Red Metallic
Navigation System - BMW Professional
DAB Radio
Bluetooth hands free with USB
Automatic Air Con
Comfort Pack
Heated Steering Wheel
Heated Seats
19" Double Spoke 326 Wheels
Comfort Access
Windscreen Grey Band
Sports Seats
BMW Professional Speakers
Adaptive M Sport Suspension
Universal Remote Control
Probably other bits I have missed but you get the picture.
The car has covered 5300 miles and has been stored in a heated garage when not in use. The car has had 2 health checks at Lloyd BMW (both free with no issues) and is not due a service until the end of April next year. Comes with full BMW warranty for a further 2 years and was registered on the 29th April 2016.
The car when new cost £49,660.00 before any discount and I can not find one the same or close to price against as there aint any about for sale so looking for £36,000 ono.

UNDERSTEER is when you hit the fence with the front of the car,
OVERSTEER is when you hit the fence with the rear of the car,
HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the fence,
TORQUE is how far you take the fence with you.

Don't think so as I think Metallic Melbourne Red was a long standing colour?
She has been coated with Ceramic Pro which is a high quality paint protection coating but that has not affected the colour

Well, had several offers from traders for the Z4 all clearly wanting to steal my car to make a profit as there seems to be a short supply of these at the moment
Seems she is priced at about retail (well that's what the traders are telling me) but think I will keep the price the same as I am in no real hurry to sell.
Open to sensible offers but must be sensible

Still can't seem to find a new ish one to compare to but had lots of interest from dealers all wanting to steal her off me to sell on at the same price
So decided to drop the price to £34,500 to see if that generates a sale - not really that bothered though so at this price there wont be any movement

Are you ok with comments on the price or would you rather people didn't comment?

I suppose it all depends on the comment lol
I am not really bothered if you wish to make comment on the price - please feel free as it wont effect the sale price as I just wont sell for a ridiculously low price and will end up keeping her and putting the M4 on hold for a different time.
Cheers

Actually thinking about it my thoughts are neither insulting nor are they particulalry useful so I'll say nothing, no point, except it's a very very nice well specced car so best of luck, as you were...Japseroony wrote: ↑Mon Jun 19, 2017 11:33 amI suppose it all depends on the comment lol

Car looks & reads great but reality is £34500 will take some finding .
John e89 no doubt comparing his similar miles , similar age 35is that he had no interest in when up for a good lump under £30k
Maybe worth touting it around a few dealers ?

It's a bitter pill from a financial point of view but there it is, it's simply how prices are like it or not.

GLWTS, but it's why I'll never* buy a new car
My Z4MC was £48k with its options, and I bought it for about half that with 9,000 miles on the clock.
Are you not getting any decent trade in options against the M4?
* unless money suddenly becomes no object
