All replies should be made prior to the designated cut-off time of eight o'clock this eventide.

And, please, no expletives, veiled or otherwise. Thank you.

With kind regards,

MAD

Are you saying you don't have a mirror?

You can have a gooseberry, rhubarb, strawberry, etc fool.
As far as I'm aware there is only one flavour of genius.

Dearest of all Comrades, Enuff-Zed,

I would have been so delighted were you to have kindly used a slight variance in terminology. For example 'Catoptric'.

With kind regards,

MAD

Why?
Using obscure words just to make yourself look a genius is probably the quickest way to prove you're the fool!
Just remains now to define the flavour? My money is on gooseberry.

Dearest Comrade Enuff-Zed,

May I request, please, that you correct your post thus that you replace 'proof' with 'prove' therefrom to remove the catachresis :-)

Thank you and kind regards,

MAD - Presently enjoying Beluga Caviar for breakfast, to be followed by Gooseberry Fool :-)

Comrade MAD,
A fool and a genius are not suitable opposites.
The opposite of a genius would be a dullard.
For instance, I am a dullard but also a fool :D
All good things come to those who wait. I'm really impatient which explains a lot.

    Dearest Comrade Pondrew,

What a wonderful post and wholly exemplary of why it is that we are presently a mere smidgen short of three thousand views. Indeed, this thread has became the epicentre of the cyber universe, such there is a likelihood that we soon shall be called to Buckingham Palace for various awards for altruistic services to our fellow brethren marooned within the nether regions of cyber-space awaiting their opportunity to join this thread.

As a matter of further interest, where, pray, does cyber-space commence and finish?

    With kind regards,

    Just a thought................
Would it not be somewhat concerning for someone who addresses all and sundry as 'Comrade' to be invited to the town house of our illustrious royalty?
    Comrade Liz??

(Though to be fair, most military personnel seem to refer to her as 'Auntie Betty'. )

I've got to admit I find the 'comrade' salutation a bit weird and kind of spooky :|

    Dearest Comrades Enuff-Zed and Pondrew,

Nay, you are quite perfectly incorrect in your perceptions and assertions in regards to 'Comrades'.

'Comrades' is universally defined throughout the whole of Christendom as: "A companion who shares ones activities; or is a fellow member of an organisation".

So, there you have it, it is nay my fault that the Trotskyites and others of a similar communistic bent have purloined the word 'Comrade' and in so doing have invoked an wholly disparate definition.

As forever is the case, I may have one or two faults, but being wrong has never been one of 'em. All this notwithstanding, I would confirm that I was wrong once,... but that was when I thought I was wrong, but wasn't :-)

    With kind regards,

    Dear Comrade Pondrew,

I observe by their absence that the reprobate division whom from time to time venture forth with contrarian views and opinions, appear to have lost heart in this most magnificent of threads that has at this time of two minutes past two o'clock in the afternoon well exceeded my defined aggregate of three thousand views with a not inconsequential ratio of posts to views.

As an post script to that before written, I note from another thread that you have negotiated the acquisition of an BMW that has four seats but is an convertible. Am I to presuppose that in the light of the aforementioned you will soon commence a thread extolling the virtues of an BMW with four seats?

I can't help but smile when I read your ridiculous posts. Admittedly I don't understand most of them, but still make me chuckle.
Have to be a bit careful not to diversify too much on here; it can upset the natives. It is Z4s all the way really (for obvious reasons).
You are allowed to post elsewhere on the forum, you know.
