2014 Z4 E89 35is Mineral White

Post by Sgreen » Tue Aug 31, 2021 11:53 pm

Hi all,

Wow 191 views and no comments that must be a record :D

I have taken the car to my BMW local dealer who commented what excellent condition the car is in and what a great example it is. They have made an offer and if I sell to them they are likely to put up for sale for over £26,000.

I placed my advert on here in case a fellow enthusiast would be interested in the car at a fair price, rather than paying what BMW will sell it for. If you are interested in this car please drop me a pm as I will be putting the car on autotrader tomorrow where I am sure it will attract some interest. There are similar aged cars on there at the moment, and other sites, with higher mileage and demanding higher prices than the £23,000 ono I am asking.

This is a beautiful car and the engine sound of the 35is will bring a smile to anyone's face, you just need to read the posts on this forum of fellow owners of the 35is. Whilst you may not have seen this car at events in recent years, we did use to come out to meets its just recent years have been difficult to do due to work.

Lovely looking car, sensible mileage, perfect MOT history - I'm sure Auto Trader will generate interest. I'd stick a classified on Ebay too.

Based on my recent sale (albeit slightly newer), you'll get bids fairly near your asking price on Wizzle and WBAC.

Thing about a good advert and sensible pricing is there isn't usually much to say if you are not buying it, most admire from afar.. anyroad its a lovely example and should give its new owner miles of smiles
if its got tits or tyres..its trouble :D

SOLD - 2014, Z4 E89 35is Mineral White

Post by Sgreen » Sun Sep 26, 2021 7:17 pm

Well today a sad day, my girl has been sold to a dealer in London. 😭

I hope her new owner when sold on will have as much fun as I have had. That said someone is going to have to pay a premium to buy her now.

I did try to sell her at a reasonable price privately, my only hope is she will be sold to a fellow Z4 enthusiast.

M40i you have big shows to fill

Congratulations on the sale.

Having made the same journey all I can say is you’ll not be disappointed, the M40i is a different machine in a good way. The LSD is worth it on it’s own

After doing 1000 miles last weekend including the NC500 the twisties were a delight. You felt like you were catapulted out of the corners :driving:

G29 M40i Thundernight with Ivory interior, all option packs (here for a while, hopefully )
G29 M40i Misano Blue all option packs (Gone 26k of fun)
E89 35iS, Valencia Orange, Design Pure Traction pack (Gone)
    E89 23i sDrive, Silver (Gone)

Thanks Andy, I have a few months to wait so my Abarth will have to do for the moment, but I will miss the E89
