As I said, an Alpina has come up that I really, really want.

I don't really want to sell this but I don't have the money or the garage space to have both, hence I will let this go to get the Alpina. If the Alpina sells I will keep the Z.

The problem with these sort of cars, is it is like a property chain.
We are not talking about a run of the mill car where there are 100s to chose from.
This Alpina is one of one, colour and spec. wise in the UK.
I also don't have the cash at the mo to simply buy it without selling this.

I also know that if I sell this I won't get another one like it for the money. Hence I do wonder if I might regret it, but you can only try.

You mentioned liking the R53 GP, I currently have an R53 JCW which is a great little car but I've always had an itch for an E86 and yours looks great (albeit black leather not my preference). I have sent you a text mate.

Unreal, I thought that had always been a 40 zone as well!


Just realised, I don't actually have a V5 for this. It was done online, but had no V5 through.
Also bought a 3 series touring and have put the new V5 for that in the Z folder.


So need to speak to DVLA on Monday and see what has happened. So removing this from sale till that is sorted.
