It is time to sell my much-loved Z4.
Last week's wanted-ad from WillNattrass on this forum got me thinking, and while my car didn't fit what he was looking for, it is time to sell.
The car is in excellent all-round condition. It has covered only 72,000miles. Its paintwork is almost flawless, while its interior and wheels are in superb condition. It drives beautifully (no advisories at the last MOT) and the electric roof also works as it should.
It has heated seats, rear parking sensors and multi-function steering wheel, otherwise it is nice and standard.
I have used the car as a second car for weekends, keeping it garaged under its full cover when not being used. I spent months looking for a well cared-for, lower mileage, 6cyl Z4 manual in one of the brighter exterior colours, but with heated seats and the lighter interior for use during our cold/dark winters in Scotland. I eventually fond this one in Staffordshire and brought it up to Glasgow. The car has been great fun to drive on a dry day in all seasons, but it's the right time to move it on to a new owner.
I am looking for £4995, but will happily consider close offers. Thanks for reading this.
