Happy new coupe

I’m after the m wheels but concerned about rubbing. Is it correct that I just need to put the correct tyre profile on for the 3.0si to avoid that?
Yep go 225 40 18 front & 255 35 or 245 40 18 rear on 224s & you will have perfection

After narrowing down options I have decided that the 3.0si is the one for me.

I'm a little confused about spec options. Definitely want manual and would really like heated seats. Is there anything else that you think is desirable?

Searched in all the normal places but nothing is quite ticking all the boxes. Also, I would prefer to buy from an enthusiast.

This will be a second car so I'm in no rush, and will wait for the right example. Not looking for a garage queen but would like it to be in good condition and under 80k miles.

Full service history and evidence that it has been looked after are a must.

Thinking silver, grey and blue compliment the shape best but open minded.

Hope that doesn't come across as too much. Would love to hear from you if you have a something that matches my criteria that you are thinking about selling.

Thanks

Tom
Hi Tom,

How is the search going?

I’m going to be parting with my black coupe in a few weeks. I haven’t put an advert up for it yet but a quick outline for you Regards it spec. Heated seat, xenon headlights, sat nav, iso fix (so airbag isolation), cruise control and probably missed something. It’s done 53k Miles and I’ve had it just under 2 years and have done 3k Miles in it. It sits in the garage on a battery charger when I’m not using it. I just don’t drive it enough anymore with changes in jobs to warrant keeping it.

If you’re interested, let me know. Happy to chat about the car!

Thanks

Joe

Hi. Well, I have found a very nice set of 224s. Going to put new rubber on straight away as they are on rf’s and not rye right size. Any recomendations on which tyres to go for please? Do I need spacers? Thanks.
