What engine is in it? Looking through the wheels the calipers say up to a 28i.

Not sure if it will help to sell it or not but it might help to add what model it is, ie 23i, 30i, 35i, 35is

Might be worth restoring the car to OEM spec and then selling the bodykit separately.

Good luck

47,000 miles? Cazana shows the MOT history and has the mileage at 93,551 In January 2015 before the car left England. Nearly 4 years later it has 47,000 miles?

https://cazana.com/uk/car/DAN51V

You're going to get a harsh lesson here I'm afraid. You'll never recover that amount of money for a modified car. Modified cars rarely get much more money and returning to stock and selling the parts is nearly always the way to go. You're kind of stuck though.

You could improve the advert by more photographs and better description.

The mileage issue is also going to throw up alarm bells.

Wouldn’t this be better in the sales section on a custom car site or magazine? :?

The Dvla shows a Yellow BMW 520 Diesel in the MOT history????
Registered 22 Dec 2010 with 93.5k miles

if the registration has been transferred then I think it would be best to get this corrected with the DVLA before advertising.

Never said it would, but the OP would definitely be able to get rid of it more quickly.

That car is pure marmite as it stands.

"MARMITE" Thats a bit harsh. In another colour without the wheels and bodykit it would look pretty good. :)

Marmite is not harsh at all, as some people love it and others can’t stand it.

I presume you to be one of the latter.

Thanks for the feedback guys.

The plate was sold off an English car onto a Northern Ireland car. NI and U.K. Mainland MoT agencies don't share information. For the correct history of the car you need to search the NI MoT gov.uk website. I tried contacting the mainland DVSA and they told me there's nothing they can do.

Marmite, slightly harsh but also a tad true. You either love it or hate it.

Hopefully someone will be interested. The price is not firm :)
