2013 Z4 35is - NOW GONE

Post by eff1guy » Sun Jul 29, 2018 10:26 pm

SOLD
Deep Sea Blue with Canberra Beige Extended Kansas Leather, 1st registered 16/09/2013. £18,950

MOT till 16/02/2020. Currently on 17,561 miles but this will change slightly. Reluctant sale, the best car I have owned to date I shall be sad to see it go. One previous owner for first 3 years, I purchased it from Bowker BMW (Preston) on 17/12/2016 as an AUC and collected from them on 07/01/2017 on 11,705 miles. Made sure they replaced the nearside rear light before I collected it because the seal had gone and there was evidence of water ingress, the offside one was fine and still is now almost 2 years down the line.
Ad updated 13/08/18 to change mileage, brake fluid now changed & new shiny stainless steel 90mm tips fitted
Ad updated 18/12/18 to update mileage, price drop and update warranty date

Currently under BMW/Allianz Insured Warranty (fully paid up) until 18/12/2019 on their comprehensive level of cover with £250 excess, no breakdown cover included as I already have my own cover in place. Fully transferable to private buyers with BMW consent.

Paintwork I’d describe as good, it’s 5 years old so there’s the odd stone chip here and there (one pic shows a chip on lower part of valance of front bumper) with some minor scratches and swirls. Would benefit from a visit to a detailer for paint correction to bring it back to it’s former glory when it was new. Interior is in excellent condition and no chips to windscreen. Sits under the car port on a c-tek maintenance charger when not being used and when it’s clean it is covered over with a soft fleece indoor cover, it remains uncovered if it’s put away dirty.

Private Registration Number NOT included in the sale, will be returned to 63 plate for next owner. Standard spec other than the new exhaust tips and the stubby aerial. I still have the whippy should you prefer! :poke:

Dashcam is not hardwired so that will be removed too.

2 keys and leather folder with manuals & booklets, small amount of paperwork and receipts for the few jobs that I’ve had done under my ownership. Unfortunately, NO paperwork from the original owner other than the stamps in the service book.

• 7 Speed DCT
• Extended Kansas Leather (nice option, covering the full dash & door cappings)
• Professional Nav & Multimedia
• Cruise Control with Brake Function
• Wind Deflector with Bag
• M-Sport heated electric memory seats
• Lumbar Support Driver & Passenger (another tasty option)
• Adaptive M-Sport Suspension

• Interior & Exterior Mirrors Auto Dimming and Folding
• Auto dipping passenger wing mirror when reverse is engaged
• Extended Lighting
• Extended Storage
• Through Loading from Boot to Passenger Compartment but NO Ski Bag
• Velour Floor Mats with 35is designation
• Voice Control
• DAB Radio
• 19” 326M alloys currently wearing NON RFT’s Vredestein Ultrac Vorti’s 225/35/19 fronts and 255/35/19
rears for extra protection and comfort. 2 new rear alloys and NON RFT tyres fitted by BMW Rybrook on
17/02/2018 at 16,167 miles and 2 front tyres fitted by Walsall Wood Tyre & Service independent garage
on the same day at 16,174 miles along with MOT and Hunter 4 wheel alignment. You can spot the camber change
on the rear from the 1st picture below (pre-alignment) compared to the 2nd & 3rd picture (post-alignment).

Will gladly remove alloys to show any potential purchaser that they are in good uncracked condition, with no kerbing. Took them off about a month ago to inspect, clean and wax.

• 1st stamp 8,478 miles – 15/09/2015 Bowker BMW Preston, Engine Oil & Filter Change & Micro-Filter
• 2nd stamp 10,999 miles – 30/08/2016 Bowker BMW Preston, Brake Fluid Change

Looking to stay with a Zed and preferably a forum car, so possible PX for a facelift E85 or E86 3.0si sport or an early E89 30i with cash my way, up to 80k miles (ish) possibly a bit more if in very good condition with a good solid clean history. Must have Xenons, heated memory seats, MFSW, folding & auto dimming mirrors and possibly cruise and nav.
Show me what you got :driving:

Any inspections welcome, located in the West Midlands on the edge of the Staffordshire border just 2 miles from M6 Junction 11.

eff?? Been looking at 3.0si Sports and have really fallen for the Coupe shape, just can't make up my mind if I'll miss the ability to get the top down.
Hence, I'm still considering 3.0si verts and getting tempted by the M verts. I definitely can't afford an M Coupe

All true! But I seem to have caught the "Mr Wilks" bug where you only keep a car for 6 - 9 months at a time
