Thanks for responding Ben, whatever you wrote has just come up in the box as a list of unintelligible letters and numbers so I’m not sure what to make of it.
However,I have agreed a price for the car and all being well will collect it next Saturday.

Cheers

I absolutely love the sound and the crisp acceleration. On top of that it is so much more comfortable than my E 85. Of course the weather is perfect for convertibles at the moment too. What more can any man ask?

It’s the exhaust notes that get me!
When i decided to trade in a perfectly good 3.0l E89 with only 21k - the salesman said the two cars were chalk and cheese. I treated the remark as a bit of sales patter!

I feel I should apologise to the man!

When we were out yesterday the tyre pressure light came on. If there is a puncture do you think that would justify new wheels and a set of non runflats? Although I have to say that it rides much better than I expected with runflats.
I just don’t want to end up in the divorce courts yet.

Thanks Marlon. I have been trying for ages to work this one out. Really appreciate your help. You were right about the difference between the E85 and the new car. Chalk and cheese but both good in their own way.
