Post by Looney » Sun Apr 15, 2018 4:29 pm

I went to see it today in the thought i would swap for a manual GB.

Proper nice guy and the car is immaculate inside and out. Anyone looking for a very good Z4C at a good price then here it is.

Ill be going down the M route, but i want Imola Red.

Seats aren't heated and no sat sav, otherwise nice car.

Unfortunately, I'd never buy a black car again. They are a pain to keep clean, show up every single mark and are also pretty unlucky for me (every black car i've owned has been in a crash) :headbang:

Does the absence of an 11 year old sat nav really detract from this car? :idunno:

Not particularly. I don't have it in mine, but some people like it because you can do other things with it, not just use it as a sat nav.

I'd be dead keen if it weren't for the two-tone leather...

That interior is stunning - but I just couldn't face trying to keep a black one clean again!

Might be a premium interior but just not my bag. Like the matching yellow for Phoenix Gold, or Laguna Seca Blue leather. Just not my bag......

mmm, that is nice. When it says "FSH" does it really mean that? Lots of adverts say that, and then there's 4 years between oil changes etc.

I love the 2-tone :D

Even better if it was on a set of 224s 8)

edit to add: did you drive it, or just view it, as it's SORN?

That looks wonderful.
Really great example.

Are the heated seats a must in the coupe? I appreciate the desire more on the roadster.
I do have them on mine, but they are more used by captain than me!

Not really IMO - my 1st Coupe had them, this one doesn't. But I don't really miss them! (But I do miss the bi-xenons) :(

Did you have a test drive of the car? Any issues with it that you could see mechanically? As someone else asked, what was the history like with it?

Thanks

Hi,

I’m going to view the aforementioned car tomorrow, so just after a knowledgeable insight into it, prior to viewing.

I’ll be sure to do a proper intro post once I find a suitable Coupe :D

Fingers crossed
