Search could be better, if I wanted a black M there's plenty decent ones to choose from but I'm trying to hold out for silver but might go Alpina if the right one pops up!
No rush though I've already got a great wee low mileage Zed!

Hopefuly will find one soon looking at a possible one sunday then Moday a couple more other than the items on the forums plus usual chacks any other unusual ones to look for. Looking forward to getting the TVR replacement

Also looked at this one seems a nice car and prefer silver or red has anyone got any feedback or information on it 36000 in a delare been ther a while but seems a honest car

The silver car was mentioned on the M market watch thread.
Word of warning for anyone looking at the M Roadster in Lichfield with 36k miles.
The car is absolutely stunning throughout but never had running in check/service done! First service on the car was at 14k miles.
I spent 3 days tracing back the history of the car and it had a strange first year.
Might still be a decent price at £17k for anyone that wants to get the car properly checked out!

thanks after calling B<W and the following dealers Stratstone Harrogate willimas Manchester there seems warranty work 600 miles but cannot confirm if it was RI serv car stunning drives well and has been looked afterissue unable to conact any previous owners to confirm service Any one has any thoughts or news look forward to any news

FWIW Ruby Black when clean and in the right light looks stunning - not really black at all! But sadly we don't get the right light too often in the UK.
My first E86 was that colour and the forum member who bought it from me (and was more into detailing than me) won the "photo of the month competition" so it featured in the 2017 forum calendar in July.

I viewed this same car a couple of months ago, could have saved you a few phone calls!
It is in cracking condition but lack of running in service put me off!
The story I got from Williams was a bit different, they told me they sold the car at 432 miles but Stratstone Harrogate sold it new to someone in Nottingham.
If I remember right they've had it over a year!

its a real riddle spoke with BMW they gave dates 12-10-16 stratstone Harrogate next one 9-6-2008 Williams 29-5-15 tamworth and fially 23-7-16 at Dick lovet plus work at Mtech a real riddle but the car seems honest

This was up for sale when I was looking for one last spring.....
The running in service seems to be a key when I speak to anyone who has an interest in these cars.
I guess it depends on your view on life! If you plan to keep it and can take a view on the risk of it potentially having no running in service then it could be interesting. Might be a bargaining chip to knock a few quid off if you are super keen.
If you are concerned about resale then I'm sure others on here will agree it will be tricky to sell on.
I thought I saw another silver recently on AT for around 15k though higher mileage. That looked pretty decent in the photos.

Was for sale in Preston around Sept/Oct for £16k
No where near same condition as the Lichfield
Has since turned up in Manchseter at £15k
I've checked and it's the same car.
