35is or M wanted

Post by Mavster » Thu Jan 11, 2018 8:50 pm

Hi all,

I am looking for an M, ideally a Coupe but would consider a Roadster. I am also now considering high spec e89 35is model also. :)

Ideal options for the M in order and are as follows:

Nav
DSP
Heated seats
Elec Folding mirrors

<65k miles
Full main dealer or BMW Specialist history only
Excellent condition examples only please

Please get in touch if you are considering selling at a realistic price. I am a private buyer

Thanks.

Hi there and welcome. As the roadster and coupe are in different price brackets what would you class as a realistic price for a roadster and for a coupe

What's your idea of a "realistic" price for a Coupe with your desired spec and mileage?

Electric folding mirrors are pretty thin on the ground, this might be something you’ll have to compromise on.

Thanks for the welcome. I have tentatively budgeted up to £20k for best spec/lower mileage examples with some remaining AUC warranty. I appreciate the starting price is £11-13k however for less pristine examples of both variants. So hence I'm looking for realistic private sellers.

£11-£13k starting for a roadster not a coupe. Coupes start at £16k now for 90-100k roughly speaking.

Regardless of spec your looking £20k+ for sub 65k miles m coupe id say for the mileage and what you want spec and service history wise be expected to put in up to £22k.

Roadster £11-£27k with sub 65k miles £15k plus though spec and service maybe more.

If you go private you can make a tidy saving but no warranties. Usually ///m’s being sold on here are cared for and looked after. I hope this helps and you find what your looking for.
All the best

Thanks,

I don't appear to be able to answer PM's. Sounds like the kind of car I would be interested in. Needs to be within my budget however based on details given in your PM.

I have a Z4m coupe, interlagos blue with extended cream leather, nav and Bluetooth. 77,000 and 07 plate. Is that of interest?

Hi Mavster, it does have bum warmers. Not sure about DSP though. I assume not as I’ve never heard of it.
