For Sale - 2006 3.0 Si Sport Convertible - Back up for sale due to dreamer

Manual 6sp gearbox

73850 miles

MOT November 21st 2021 (no advisories)

Full Service History (fully stamped book)

Auto lights, electric heated seats

air con (ice cold, had a full air con recharge in 2019)

HPI Clear

2 sets of keys

The car has had the following work,

Rear aero spoiler that's been professional painted and bonded to the boot

New Brembo/Bosch discs and pads all round (Dec 2019)

4 new Goodyear Eagle f1 Assy5 (June 2020, like brand new still)

Eibach springs on all round -30mm drop, will come with a set of new standard springs should you wish to put it back to standard

Spacers 15mm rear and 12mm front.

New Pioneer head unit that holds a smart phone with added amp in the boot, you can still use the buttons on the steering wheel to control the stereo (bluetooth etc), this gives a nice crisp sound from the stereo, really good bit of kit that isn't boy racer but gives a nice update, I do have the original stereo again should you wish to put it back to standard

Paint work is in excellent condition, just one tiny little stone chip on the drivers side front wing, barely any other mark on the body work.

The seats are fully electric memory heated seats which show hardly any wear on them at all as you can see from the photos, well maintained and looked after.

M Sport steering wheel which looks brand new, not the usual signs of wear.

Performance weighted gear knob, gives a much more positive and smooth gear change.

The roof motor has been moved into the boot area (Please see photos)

The hood is in mint condition, goes up and down as it should, no rips and fully waterproof doesn't let any water in at all

Alloy wheels are in amazing condition, hardly a mark on them, along with the Goodyear Eagle F1 tires, they really look the part.

Engine and gearbox in great condition, has been well maintained and I have a stack of receipts of work done along with the full service history, no knocks or bangs and tracks straight and true.

From the MOT history it shows from 2013 to 2019 the car only travelled 7741 miles in 6 years!!

I'm based in Amesbury (Wiltshire), I'm happy to show you the car, I've had two people say they want the car and agree a price only for them to find out they can't get insurance or can't get the money together.

I am looking to get a X5/6 series/7 Series, should someone want to do a deal.

If you have any questions just PM on here, thanks.

£8500 ono

I owned this car for a short time a couple of years ago

I thought it had been a forum car
The guy I bought it from was on the Forum to but wasn’t a big poster. He had a few cars and one had to go. He used to keep this one locked up in an underground car park where he worked in central London. You bought it off the man I sold it to .

Nice, you can tell it's spent a lot of it's time in garages and only being used as a weekend car

Back up for sale, two people have told me they have wanted to buy this only for one to not be able to get insurance, the other to put a deposit on the car only to find out they can't get a loan.....

Hi Neo,
Sorry if I missed these points...
Will the M grill stripes and front lower black wrap come off without issue?
Is the spoiler a BMW part?
Thanks.

If you wanted to the change the grills I would just buy new grills, they are cheap enough, these have been painted so they wouldn't come off.

The black wrap would be easy to come off, just get a hairdryer and apply a bit of heat and it peals off very easily, won't take the paint off.

I don't know about the spoiler, came with the car when I bought it, I would suggest not as these originally didn't come with a spoiler, it's a very popular mod. It's been professional painted and bonded to the boot, so could be taken off if not to your taste.
