Just bought a new Z4 from Sytner Oldbury and thought I would make mention of their salesman David Tibbets. The purchase was forced by my wifes beloved MGTF being stolen
, and David went the extra mile to make the transaction and collection a good experience, assisting with the reg plate, taking out the son for a test drive, providing the flowers.
I like to think that the deal was as good as I was likely to get (trawled the net and national dealers and did a very good deal on a new Convertible Mini Cooper S with the same dealership a couple of years ago) so would certainly consider returning for future business. Now to enjoy the Z4.......
