Sopers in Lincoln are still up to their usual level of competence!
Had the MOT a few weeks ago, needed a couple of new tyres (no surprise) and they are as cheap as anyone.
They managed to take a big chunk out of one of the wheels and when the 'boy' washed it (stupid of me I know) he mearly spread the dirt on the car rather than washing it, result in paintwork that looked like a skating rink.
Took it back in yesterday to get things sorted and guess what, they fixed the chunk in the wheel, only to take another knick out of it and 'cured' the scrathes over the whole car by lightly polishing a bit of the bonnet. There is more that I'm not happy with, but that is another story.
Their level of incompetence will never cease to amaze me.
A few phone calls needed to day to try and sort, but my advice is STAY WELL CLEAR.
