Shout out to these guys for a job well done.
Roof issue on the E89, yesterday afternoon, which left me with roof not shutting fully, so windows were stuck down.
These guys were able to safely put the car undercover over night.
They took a quick look last night, and got straight on to it today.
Kept me informed and called me at 5.30pm to say it had been fixed, and explained clearly what had been done.
It was a frayed wire on one side, which is quite a common issue, and the tech decided to do both sides despite only one side having the issue, to avoid later issues.
Considering main dealer rates, and standard initial diagnostic charge , they spent approximately 4hrs in total.
They charged me for 2hrs labour.
Impressed that they sorted it the day after dropping it in, as they are still pretty booked up.
Main dealers get slated regularly, but I give credit where due.
Would recommend them., as I was in a tight spot with the prospect of windows stuck down and car on drive.
The local indie was unable to do anything until the 18/3.
