Just thought id post my most recent bad service with this dealer! My car went in for a service in april and when i got home there were 2 dents in the door.
I rang and left a message and was called back to be told that i should ring on monday when i cud speak to a manager..
I tried on monday and never got through.
A couple of weeks later I rang and made an appointment for my door to be looked at- but when i got there it was clear they werent expecting me.
Someone looked at the dents and said they would ring me the next day after speaking to their dents away man.
3 weeks and no call!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a sad fact that while the dealers may try to give good service, the employees that damage parts don't admit it and then of course the manager ends up hiding or fending off every complaint about problems found, genuine or just noticed by customers once the car is back.
These days if either of mine go in it's collected from home. The dealer has a couple of really great older guys and they come around check every minute item on the car exterior take it in and then return it. They guarantee to me it won't get washed too. I still don't like it being left at the dealers but it's a necessity on some things.

i know accidents happen- i used to work at bmw when i was a student- im more amd about the lack of care in rectiffying the wrong
